Nerocall will answer and address all incoming calls. As your volume of calls in crease, we will increase our capacity to match your needs.
Transferring Calls
When calls are answered, they will then be directed or connected to the appropriate department(s) or person/personal as it is defined by our clients during implementation.
Missed Calls
No customer left behind. All incoming calls and inquiries will be address by our operators.
Listening to Voicemails
Operators listen to voicemails left to the general company mailbox and respond to each call that was missed with 3 hours.
